Stuarts Online is a product of several years of collaborative work, by a team of people with longstanding interests in the Stuart era. We are united in our commitment to making this extraordinary period in the political and cultural life of Britain more accessible.
On this page you will find all our films, which we hope will be useful to those teaching and studying the Stuart period, but also of interest to a wider audience. They are the product of collaboration between researchers based at the universities of Exeter and Oxford, in addition to experts from the Ashmolean Museum, the Bodleian Libraries, the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, and the Historical Association.
